FAQ:
Q: I just placed an order, how long until my order ships?
A: Current processing times is always listed at the top of each screen. It ships between this time frame. Time from when an order ships and arrives to you varies. Due to Covid, shipment times can be delayed especially for international customers
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: In order to get products out quickly and keep up with demand, I cannot currently do customs.
Q: My order has shipped by the tracking is updating! Help?!
A: USPS sometimes doesn’t scan packages at every stop so if you see a pause in the tracking, it is most likely still on its way to you but just didn’t get updated. No order gets marked shipped unless it has actually shipped. If you have placed an international order then your tracking will not update once it has left the United States and will typically take awhile to arrive. Shipments are currently delayed due to covid and can take awhile to update on tracking.
Q: My order says delivered but I didn’t get my package! How should I proceed?
A: There are three things to do in this situation: 1) Ask your neighbors if they might have gotten your package by accident. 2) File a claim with USPS. 3) After that, message me and I will try my best to figure it out on a case by case basis.
Q: I want to cancel my order, can I do so?
A: You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after your order was placed. After that, there is a good chance I’m already processing your order. If your order is shipped before the 24 hour window then I can no longer refund. There will be a restocking fee for all refunds as I still get charged fees for refunds.
Q: I’d like a refund on my order that has just delivered. Can you do that?
A: Yes but only if the item is damaged or miscut. If there is an error in your order please email me at riverandink@gmail.com with pictures!
Q: Can you combine shipping?
A: Unfortunately I can no longer do this due to processing fees on refunds and order volume.
